That Day.

Last Tuesday, we were so busy preparing materials for our research proposal. After mooting class, we were so~ hungry. Therefore we decided to go to Menara to have our brunch there. It was crowded. Whike eating our meals, suddenly Sue asked me, "Aqila kau sakit ape eh?". I was like, "Why? Aku anemia". Then she replied, "Oh, kesian kau tak boleh tido malam". I was blur. But we all just remained silence. Suddenly Trah and Afzan shouted, "Tu insomnia la ngok!". Hahahahaahahaa... Sue memang macam tu. Blur. May be she needs to reorganise all the information stored in her brain. So that it will not be mixed up. Hehee :p

Then Trah and Sue went to the foyer of the Menara for blood donation. Oh I cannot donate my blood lah. Selamat! :D So Afzan and I went to the library to start searching for our materials. Panas. The air-conditioner broke down! Haih. But it was still fine la kan. So I went downstairs to search through online database. The server was so~~ slow, plus the library website was under maintenance. Huh. That was very lucky of me.. not!

At 1400 hours, we went to health care class.n The topic was about medical negligence. I have just realised that I have misunderstood the case of Bolam and Rogers v Whitaker.

Bolam Principle is NOT overruled by the principle in the case of Rogers v Whitaker. It is actually two different principles. The different between these two is the standard of care. In Bolam Principle, the doctors have no duty to give information to the patients unless the patients ask to do so. In contrast to Rogers v Whitaker. the doctors have the duty to disclose the risk of treatment. This principle had been used in the recent case of Foo Fio Na. Haish. I was wrong all this while. Oh okey okey. Enough with this.

Next class, administration of trust. I dont like this subject. Together with the lecture. Oh dear. I hope I can pass this subject. :S We waited for about half an hour and the class had only started at 1800 hours! Dah la kelas tu setengah je lecturer tu buat, patu cover topik pasal the principle laid down in the case of Howe v Darthmouth and power of trustee. Oh sangatlah tak berbaloi menunggu! I can read on my own kot. I only waited for that long for the attendance. During that learning session, it was raining heavily. So I decided to join Trah to go to Alam Sentral to buy her printer. I want to eat. Sangat lapar! After buying the printer, we went to Kenny Rogers. Ummmmmm yummy~ :D We talked about our pass, laugh, and really enjoy the foods.

Around 2130 hours, we arrived home. That night we work so~~~ hard for the research proposal. This is due to the lecturer yg moody tak tentu pasal plus sangat garang. We printed our materials sampai ink printer tu habis. Hahahaa.. But it turned out to be very good on the next day. Alhamdulillah. :))
